Analyze current situation, identify improvement opportunities and recommend measures to re-engineer processes (As-Is To be) Set up and manage transactional quality frameworks in a clinical context including quality assessment checklists (for quality assurance leaders), identify CTQ quality metrics, create periodic quality reports. Be able communicate fluently with US customers and answer their queries/concerns. Act as a change agent and work closely with the operations to optimize Customer value in multiple client engagement. Work with delivery and training functions to create feedback loops from quality assessment to training and operations management. Create quality frameworks to drive process excellence in a clinical context using DMAIC, lean six sigma, or other process suitable quality methodologies. Ability to work with teams across specialties. Demonstrated ability to lead & motivate a team to achieve business unit goals. High degree of integrity, work ethic and analytical abilities Track record of delivering high quality services Relationship with key decision makers in target market Will be an added advantage if the candidate has exposure to BOT/ Automation implementation.
