Associate - Operations in Hyderabad

Position: Associate – OperationsLocation: Hyderabad (work from office)Working days: 6 days per week (from Monday to Saturday)Availability to join: Immediate or within a weekEligibility criteria: 2023–2026 pass-outs or up to 2 years of work experienceReporting to: Manager – Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Managing backend operations, including appointment confirmations, client coordination, and escalations.
• Preparing SOD and EOD reports and following up on inquiries.
• Communicating effectively with corporate customers and internal stakeholders.
• Handling customer queries through chat, calls, and emails.
• Understanding customer needs, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Upselling relevant services based on user interactions and requirements.
• Analyzing issues and taking ownership to deliver smooth customer journeys.
