Associate Operational Finance Assistant

As a member of the UnifyCX team, you will be working with a transformative AI platform dedicated to delivering efficient and exceptional customer experiences. Through a strategic approach that integrates omnichannel support, analytics, and AI-driven tools such as GoTalent.AI and Voice of Customer, we prioritize measurable outcomes for over 200 client programs. Our focus on automation, talent enablement, and data ethics ensures scalable, personalized, and compliant solutions that drive real business impact. Key Responsibilities: - Support various areas and provide coverage as needed. - Maintain professional communication with customers and suppliers to ensure excellent customer experience. - Build strong working relationships within finance and across the business to achieve goals. - Raise purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries. - Respond to finance-related queries and perform general administrative tasks. - Assist in finance projects aligned with company priorities. Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Commerce or related discipline. - Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably with at least 2 years in operations/finance. - Understanding of supply chain processes is advantageous.
