Associate Motion Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a creative Motion Graphic Designer to adapt our English-language videos into polished, culturally appropriate Arabic versions. You’ll work with our video and content teams to redesign animations, graphics, layouts, and typography — and integrate Arabic voiceovers or subtitles when needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Rebuild or adapt motion graphics (in After Effects / Illustrator) to suit Arabic layout (RTL), typography, and cultural context.
• Replace on-screen English text with Arabic equivalents — ensuring visual balance and brand consistency.
• Adjust animation pacing, composition, and screen-to-screen flow to match Arabic audience expectations.
• Integrate Arabic voiceover (AI-generated or recorded) and sync with motion graphics and audio.
• Add or manage Arabic subtitles if required, ensuring readability and consistency.
• Collaborate with editors, scriptwriters, and content teams; organize project files; deliver final videos on schedule.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong skills in Adobe After Effects + Illustrator (or similar tools).
• Good eye for design: typography, composition, motion timing, and layout.
• Care for detail, clean work, and maintaining brand/style guidelines.
• Team-player attitude, able to work with others and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have:

• Basic video-editing knowledge (e.g., Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with Arabic text, right-to-left layout, or prior exposure to Arabic-language design/animation.
• Experience with voice-over or subtitle workflows.
