This is a full-time on-site Associate and Trainee Associate role at Mindspright Legal in Mumbai and Noida. Mindspright Legal is looking for company secretaries (qualified and/or pursuing) who want to gain experience in capital market assignments including due diligence in public offers/ capital market transactions/registrations of intermediaries.
Pursuing Company Secretary and has minimum 1 year of secretarial training or relevent secretarial experience in capital markets.
