Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate at Mehta Law Associates, located in Jammu. The Associate will be responsible for tasks including, but not limited to, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, attending court sessions, and providing legal advice to clients. The Associate will also assist in case preparations and client consultations, and handle case management and documentation.

Qualifications

• Legal Research and Drafting skills
• Experience attending court sessions and providing legal advice
• Case Management and Documentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in the legal industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law
