ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Tender Identification & Tracking: Monitor government sector portals for relevant RFPs (Request for Proposal),RFQ (Request for Quotation), and EOIs (Expression of Interest).

Proposal Development:

1.Analyze tender documents and extract key requirements.

2.Draft and compile technical and financial proposals in line with client specifications.

3.Ensure proposals are compliant, competitive, and professionally presented.

• Manage communication with clients during the pre-bid and post-submission phases.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain a repository of standard documents, credentials, and templates.
• Assist in managing/expanding business relationships with Government Authorities
• Pitch Presentation Preparation: Create engaging pitch presentations tailored to the unique needs and preferences of government clients, ensuring that they effectively communicate the value and expertise of your advisory services
• Submission of Government tender on various E-procurement portals
• Any other tasks, as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field or Masters in any field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong time-management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and tender portals is a plus.
• This is a contractual role.
