Associate Manager - Project Planning

As an Executive Electrical at Adani Realty, your role involves assisting in the review, preparation, and coordination of electrical designs, reports, and project documentation to ensure alignment with project requirements, standards, and specifications. Your responsibilities include: - Assisting in reviewing electrical designs and plans, ensuring compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. - Providing feedback and technical comments on electrical designs for continuous improvement. - Collaborating with the project team and consultants for seamless integration of electrical systems within the project design. - Preparing and compiling design reports, progress reports, and technical documentation for electrical systems. - Coordinating with the design team, external consultants, contractors, and vendors for effective communication and coordination. - Reviewing designs for feasibility, efficiency, and safety, and providing actionable feedback for improvements. - Ensuring that all design documentation complies with project requirements and industry standards. - Coordinating the procurement of electrical materials and supporting material and resource management. - Providing on-site support during electrical installations and assisting in inspections and evaluations. Key Stakeholders you will work with include the Techno Commercial Team, Project Teams, Design and Marketing Team, and other internal teams such as Finance, Legal, Architecture, and Liasion. Qualifications: - Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. - Work Experience: 8-12 Years - Preferred Industry: Experience in electrical design, support, or execution within construction or real estate projects with strong knowledge of electrical design principles, industry standards, and safety regulations.,
