JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of GPU, PCA, and PW systems to ensure 100% usage and maximum utilization, thereby maximizing the company's revenue.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Installation and Commissioning
- Coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of new GPU & PCA units for the terminal.
- Ensure the timely installation and commissioning of 80 new units and 22 PW systems.
- Coordinate the testing and commissioning, and takeover of potable water facilities.
- Close all punch points and ensure adherence to DLP obligations and compliance with contractual obligations.

: Timely installation, successful commissioning, and compliance with contractual obligations.
2. Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Control of BME Systems
- Ensure timely completion of Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Breakdown Maintenance (BM) activities.
- Monitor equipment output performance and compare with rated performance efficiency.
- Initiate and formalize budgetary approvals for spare purchases and forward them to the Purchase section.
- Track spares consumption during maintenance and ensure the availability of critical spares in case of emergencies.
- Monitor power consumption and analyze trends with baseline data.
- Ensure smooth data transmission with IT network coordination.
Key Performance Indicators
: Equipment efficiency, spares availability, and power consumption analysis.
3. Serviceability & Availability
- Ensure 100% serviceability and 99% availability of BME systems at 100% performance levels.
- Collect and act on feedback from customers to assess the reliability and satisfaction level of services.
- Ensure no delays to flight movement due to BME services.
- Achieve zero revenue leakage and ensure 100% usage of BME services by all airlines.

: Serviceability and availability percentage, customer feedback score (4+/5), zero delays, and revenue leakage.
4. Monitoring and Reporting
- Prepare and track records of operations and maintenance activities, including energy consumption, water consumption, and serviceability reports.
- Ensure timely MIS (Management Information System) presentations as per set timelines.

: Timeliness of reports and MIS, accuracy of data.
5. SOP Review and Process Improvement
- Review and prepare SOPs and ensure 100% process coverage under SOP.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and participate in group-level CIP & BLIP competitions.

: Process coverage under SOP, implementation of quality initiatives.
6. Training & Certification
- Impart training to the BME operations team, GHA's & airlines; ensure regular training sessions as per site requirements.
- Ensure operations are carried out by certified, trained personnel.

: Successful certification of personnel, number of training sessions conducted.
7. Audit Management
- Resolve audit-related issues and ensure no adverse remarks in audit reports.
- Timely closure of audit findings and no repeat observations.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Required
:- Full-time B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical) from an AICTE-recognized institute affiliated to a state technical university with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
- Or, full-time Technical Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical) from a recognized institute under the state board of technical education with 10-12 years of relevant work experience.
