Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Location-wise Forecasting:

1. Maintain accurate location-wise availability.
2. Analyse historical data and market trends to improve forecasting accuracy.

2. Hub & Manufacturing Stock Tracking:

1. Monitor and track inventory levels at hubs.
2. Ensure timely replenishment of stock to avoid shortages.

3. Pending Order Management:

1. Track and manage pending orders at CFAs.
2. Coordinate with relevant departments to expedite order fulfilment.

4. Shortage Tracking:

1. Identify and track product shortages at CFAs and hubs.
2. Implement corrective actions to mitigate shortages.

5. Coordination with Marketing:

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain RSP alignment and address additional RSP requirements.
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and successful execution.

6. Inventory Management:

1. Manage inventory levels at CFAs and hubs to optimize stock availability.

7. MIS Reporting:

1. Utilize advanced Excel functionalities (e.g., pivot tables, macros, VBA) to analyse data and generate reports.
2. Prepare and present MIS reports/presentations for monthly review meetings.
3. Conduct data analysis and reporting.
4. Demonstrate strong presentation skills.

8. Logistics Coordination:

   Coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery.
