About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and oversee dispatch protocols for the greenfield project.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with depot managers, transporters, and oil industry stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor ethanol dispatch operations to various

  depots and oil companies.

• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory guidelines, and company policies for all dispatch activities.

• Supervise transport schedules

  , vehicle availability, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation: challans, invoices, delivery notes, and other records.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, sales, logistics) for efficient and timely dispatches.
• Address any operational issues swiftly, especially in the context of a new project setup.
• Keep records of contracts, transportation agreements, and rates.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years

  of proven experience in dispatch/logistics in the ethanol, petroleum, or allied industry.

• Solid network and prior engagement with depot managers and oil companies.

• Strong knowledge of industry norms for newly established (greenfield) projects.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, ERP/logistics platforms).

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline; relevant specialization in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred.
