Associate Manager - Engineering Services

Purpose/Objective

The Associate Manager– Electrical -O&M will play a critical role in the mining industry at Parsa, overseeing and managing electrical breakdown, preventive & predictive maintenance for 10MMT and 5MMT washeries. This position will also be responsible for Capex projects, spare parts management, budgeting, and safety, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of electrical systems within the mining environment.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Manage electrical breakdown, preventive & predictive maintenance for 10MMT and 5MMT washeries. - Oversee and lead Capex projects related to electrical systems. - Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability as per maintenance requirements. - Develop and oversee the electrical maintenance budget. - Monitor energy consumption daily. Analyze energy consumption trends and identify the areas for energy saving and implement the same - Monitoring and maintain power factor >0.90 in each substation and ensure working of automatic power factor correction panel - Lead and mentor a team of electrical maintenance professionals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize electrical systems and processes. - Continuously identify and implement improvements in electrical maintenance practices. - Ensure adherence to safety norms by employees by following all maintenance SOPs and safety SOPs - Monitoring the work completion for PTW and SOP norms - Implementation of LOTO - Ensure Weekly compliance of Safety interaction SRFA / Gensuite reporting.at least 8 / month - Conduct Job Safety Analysis and take measures to minimize the risk

Qualifications and Experience

Education Qualification - BE / B. Tech - Electrical Certification required Relevant certifications in electrical maintenance and management Experience - 5-10 Yrs.
