Associate Manager - Digital Workplace

Role Overview: You are an experienced Technology Manager responsible for leading IT operations, focusing on managing and optimizing systems using SCCM, JAMF, 1E Tachyon, and Intune. Your role is crucial in ensuring the efficient deployment, management, and support of the organization's technology infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) solutions. - Oversee software distribution, updates, and patch management through SCCM. - Troubleshoot and resolve SCCM-related issues for a stable and secure IT environment. - Lead the administration of JAMF Pro for macOS and iOS device management. - Implement and optimize JAMF policies and configurations for efficient endpoint management. - Utilize 1E Tachyon to optimize endpoint performance and troubleshoot issues proactively. - Implement automation and scripting using 1E Tachyon for rapid issue resolution. - Design and implement Microsoft Intune solutions for mobile device management and application deployment. - Manage security policies and compliance settings within Intune for a secure IT environment. - Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of IT professionals responsible for endpoint management. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of SCCM, JAMF, 1E Tachyon, and Intune configurations and processes. - Generate regular reports on system performance and security compliance.
