Must Have
You will be responsible for: Active contribution in managing topline through presales and working closely with the delivery team, on assigned accounts. Responsible for meeting Sales Targets Understanding the needs of potential clients and architecting appropriate solutions/proposals that map to Indegene s capabilities, provide this info to delivery teams to respond to RFIs and RFPs Identifying Products and Services that will help position the company as a strategic vendor to major pharmaceutical clients and working with delivery teams to roll out the same Responsible for client satisfaction to convert each client into a large volume customer by serving as the equivalent of CSM for all milestone deliveries vis- -vis quality and accuracy of delivery, timeliness, and efforts . Participates to strategizing of the accounts - including new service offering and ways to grow the account. Identifying Products and Services that will help position the company as a strategic vendor to major pharmaceutical clients and working with our global delivery teams to roll out the same Entering into strategic vendor contracts with committed volumes of business and long-term revenue visibility Participates to building capabilities and processes, and developing delivery team by being responsible to develop intensive induction and training methods for sales and project managers or client servicing managers to understand the client needs and pharma markets Execute while adhering to systems and processes laid down by the company and division. Compliance to quality, confidentialty and security:1. Adhere and follow quality systems, processes and policies2. Comply to training and specifications Must have:Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant industry experience is from pharma domain; Should have managed clients; Understands account mining
