Title: Associate Manager - BF&A

Location: Vadodara or Remote

Shift: 3pm - 12am IST

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Manager Business and Financial Analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting and analysis, with solid technical skills in SQL and Excel, and Python as an added advantage. This role is responsible for managing financial systems, preparing business insights, automating reports, and variable compensation management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain financial systems and ensure data integrity across reporting platforms.
• Design, build, and optimize financial reports and dashboards for management and business stakeholders.
• Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Excel to support financial planning and performance monitoring.
• Utilize Python (optional but preferred) for automation, data analysis, and building analytical models where applicable.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and other strategic financial planning activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions and business insights.
• Drive process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline reporting and automate manual tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting/ Economics/Business Analytics, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in financial analytics, reporting, or business analysis.
• Strong command over SQL and MS Excel (advanced level).
• Working knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, or data visualization libraries) is a plus.
• Proficiency in financial systems/tools (e.g., Ms Dynamics, NetSuite) as added advantage
• Solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a problem-solving approach.
• Exposure to financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and database management is a plus.
