Associate - Maintenance Technician

Main Responsibilities :

• Bus Mechanical Audit and data recording
• Customer Ticket resolution assigned by the Maintenance lead. This involves going to different parking locations during the day and resolving the issue on site before the second trip.
• Maintenance of all the tools provided for performing activities
• Special projects related to bus checking and report making
• Knowledge required in Clutch checking, Engine condition checking, Electrical checking (Light replacement and repairs), Suspension checking, Seat reclining and sliding checking. Knowledge of how to identify the issues and how to effectively resolve them.
• Communication skills with drivers and supervisor for clearly highlighting issues
• Reporting to maintenance lead at shift starting and logging off after maintenance lead’s approval
• Conducting basic trainings to drivers for basic mechanical checks (Tyre condition, electrical faults, Engine faults)
• Knowledge of how to read OBD (Bus diagnostics signs on bus dashboard)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
