**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a part of Sustainability Economics.ai, you will play a crucial role in supporting deal structuring, capital raising, and financial analysis for large-scale AI Data Centre and Clean Energy projects. Your focus will be on building financial models, preparing investment materials, coordinating due diligence, and assisting leadership in transaction execution and investor engagement. Your passion for enabling the growth of digital and sustainable infrastructure will drive your success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support the team in structuring equity, debt, and hybrid financing solutions. - Build and maintain robust financial models for projects and transactions. - Assist in the preparation and review of term sheets, contracts, and transaction documents. - Conduct benchmarking, valuation analysis, and scenario modeling. - Prepare investment materials including pitch decks and project information memorandum. - Research and analyze market trends in AI infrastructure, data centers, and clean energy financing. - Prepare competitor benchmarking and investment case studies. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline; MBA, CFA, or CA is a plus. - 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, project finance, private equity, or corporate finance. - Exposure to infrastructure, energy, or technology projects is desirable. - Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial and market data, identify trends, and propose strategic financing solutions. - Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and persuasively. **Additional Details:** You will bring strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative team mindset and a problem-solving attitude.
