Associate Legal Researcher

As a Legal Associate at EOS Chambers of Law, your role will involve conducting legal research on corporate law, intellectual property, and compliance matters. You will be responsible for analyzing statutes, regulations, and case law to provide informed legal opinions. Additionally, you will draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal memoranda while ensuring that all legal documents comply with relevant laws and regulations. Your tasks will also include assisting in client meetings, maintaining professional client relationships, supporting senior attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and arbitrations, and preparing pleadings, evidence, and other litigation documentation. Monitoring changes in laws and advising clients on compliance requirements, implementing necessary regulatory changes for clients, maintaining organized legal files and records, and processing timely billing and documentation of hours worked will be part of your key responsibilities.
