Associate Lead - HR Shared Services

Role Overview: You will be aligned with the Human Resources vertical and assist in crucial functions related to people such as compensation and benefits, leave management, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and organization development. Your role will be a part of the HR Operations team responsible for providing backend HR services to business operations. Key Responsibilities: - Creating clear policies and employee handbooks to explain company operations - Sending detailed emails to new hires with relevant information about the organization and their role - Providing technical support for setting up hardware/software for new hires - Managing paperwork such as NDAs and contracts - Welcoming new hires, giving office tours, and introducing them to team members - Conducting employee inductions and document verifications - Managing employee data and exit formalities Qualification Required: - Education Qualification: Any Graduate - Functional Skills: HR Operations / Administration Activities, Offering Employment Contracts and Onboarding - Technology Skills: Microsoft Office Applications, Microsoft Excel - Behavioral Skills: Aptitude, Creativity, People skills Location: India - Gurugram Date Created: 05-Jul-2022,
