Associate Lead - HR Shared Services

Role Overview: You will be aligned with the Human Resources vertical and play a crucial role in dealing with various people-related issues such as compensation, benefits, leave management, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and organization development. Your primary responsibility will involve working as a part of the HR Operations team to provide essential backend HR services to support business operations. Key Responsibilities: - Creating clear policies and employee handbooks to explain company operations - Crafting and sending detailed emails to new hires with relevant information about the organization and their position - Providing technical assistance to set up hardware/software for new hires - Managing paperwork processing, including NDAs and contracts - Welcoming new hires, giving office tours, and introducing them to team members - Conducting employee inductions and document verifications for new joiners - Managing employee data and overseeing exit management processes, assisting employees with end-to-end exit formalities Qualifications Required: - Education: Any Graduate - Functional Skills: HR Operations/Administration Activities, Offering Employment Contracts, Onboarding - Technology Skills: Microsoft Office Applications, Microsoft Excel - Behavioral Skills: Aptitude, Creativity, People skills Location: India - Gurugram Details: This section provides additional information about the company but is not included in the job description.,
