The practice operates independently at Patna High Court with a strong record of achieving favorable decisions in both criminal and civil cases. Role Description

This is a full-time Associate role at Lawist Shubham Kumar, located on-site in Patna. The Associate will be responsible for assisting in legal research, drafting legal documents, preparing for court cases, and communicating with clients. Day-to-day tasks will also include case management, attending court proceedings, and collaborating with the legal team to develop case strategies effectively.

Qualifications
