  • Should have working knowledge and experience in:
    • Registrations and maintenance of statutory registers
    • Filing statutory returns
    • Handling labour law portals (at least for Maharashtra)
  • Should be willing to:
    • Research and expand compliance base to other states, particularly metros in Karnataka and Delhi NCR region
    • Keep updated with changing labour laws and regulations
  • Should be comfortable with:
    • Visiting government departments
    • Building and maintaining rapport with officials
