The company provides various financial assistance options by receiving long and short-term deposits and lending or granting loans to its members as permitted by law for Nidhi or Mutual Benefits Companies. Through these financial services, the company supports the financial well-being of its members.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate located in Mysore, with some flexibility for remote work. The Associate will be responsible for managing member interactions, handling financial transactions including deposits and loans, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with day-to-day operations. The Associate will also help in promoting the company's financial services and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Financial Management, Financial Transactions, and Record-Keeping
Experience in Customer Service and Member Relations
Knowledge of Nidhi or Mutual Benefits Companies, Compliance, and Regulatory Requirements
Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Proficiency in using financial software and tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
