Associate in Customer Relation (Kochi, Kerala)

Job Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and client queries.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.

* Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and requirements.

* Assist clients with queries related to admissions, payments, and documentation.

* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly.

* Maintain proper records of client interactions and transactions.

* Follow up with potential leads and convert them into clients.

* Ensure customer satisfaction and meet service quality standards.

Key Requirements:

* Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

* Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).

* Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.

* Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

* Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or coordination is an advantage.

* Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
