Role description

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supplier Oversight Senior Analyst to support third-party risk management, reporting, and governance activities. The role involves administrative and analytical responsibilities to ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory standards, and supplier oversight obligations. The ideal candidate will provide reporting, risk documentation, and operational support while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Prepare, produce, and maintain accurate reports to meet supplier oversight and risk management obligations.
  • Provide administrative and documentation support for meetings, audits, and regulatory reviews, including minute-taking and tracking action items.
  • Maintain up-to-date understanding of internal policies, compliance procedures, and third-party risk frameworks.
  • Support wealth management operations by entering and maintaining Custodian and Transfer Agent (TA) data in T24 (wealth management platform).
  • Assist in process improvements, project coordination, and adoption of new tools and technologies in alignment with business goals.

Risk Management

  • Support the maintenance of Risk Assessments and Due Diligence Questionnaires to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare detailed risk checklists, reports, and dashboards for management and audit review.
  • Maintain and enhance structured third-party risk registers, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility.
  • Identify potential operational and supplier risks, escalating to management as appropriate.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Manage shared mailboxes to ensure timely and professional handling of stakeholder queries.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for internal and external teams, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Track and report mailbox turnaround times, ensuring adherence to service level expectations.

Management Information & Reporting

  • Track the status of risk assessments and due diligence items, providing proactive updates to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver risk metrics, analytical reports, and management information packs (OMC, MI, dashboards).
  • Log all inbound communications to create comprehensive statistics on query volumes, resolution times, and SLA adherence.
  • Support the integration of offshore task transitions and contribute to process efficiency initiatives.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong background in Administrative Support, Risk Management, and Management Information (MIS) reporting.
  • Proven experience in supplier oversight, third-party risk, or operational governance roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
  • Hands-on experience with T24 or similar wealth management/data management platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process improvement orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and escalate risks appropriately.
  • Sound understanding of financial operations and regulatory compliance terminology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in Supplier Oversight, Risk Management, or Operational Governance within financial services.
  • Experience working with UK-based stakeholders or in regulated environments.
