Global Accounting Analyst :

We are in the process of establishing an Accounting Center of Excellence (COE) to strengthen our global accounting capabilities and provide a scalable foundation for the future. The COE will focus consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across accounting processes, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirements. It will also drive process improvements, automation, and knowledge sharing across regions.In this role, you will be part of the Accounting Center of Excellence (COE), responsible for the accounting and reconciliation of key areas such as expenses, assets, revenue, payroll, and general ledger activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. You will apply your accounting knowledge and attention to detail to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness, while also helping to standardize processes and strengthen controls. You will collaborate with Regional Controllers, gaining exposure to global practices and contributing to building the foundations of the COE.

Responsibilities :

Execute accounting tasks across various focus areas, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis. Assist with audits and regulatory reviews by preparing supporting documentation and responding to inquiries. Rotate across functional areas (e.g., revenue, compensation, fixed assets) to develop broad COE expertise and support cross-functional initiatives. Contribute to the standardization and documentation of accounting processes, checklists, and templates. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains. Collaborate with Regional Controllers, COE Leads and team members to share best practices and ensure consistent application of accounting policies. Adjust priorities and working hours as needed to support global stakeholders and peak periods. Serve as a flexible resource to cover temporary absences or special projects across the COE.
