You will be responsible for comprehending the End to End Hiring process and analyzing system integrations in the recruitment technology eco-system. It is essential to possess a thorough understanding of the hiring tools implemented and continually enhance your skillset. Your role will involve assisting in training end users, addressing any queries in the process, and conducting data analysis and representation on usage, adoption, traction, etc. Collaboration with the Avature implementation team is crucial to ensure the seamless delivery of required functionality. Your proactive approach should include consistently seeking opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and programs, fostering synergies through system utilization. You are expected to proactively grasp organizational needs and drivers, identify trends, evaluate practices, and document process requirements related to Avature usage. Working closely with system users and stakeholders, you will provide troubleshooting, research, and guidance while adhering to best practices. Managing incoming inquiries effectively and escalating cases as necessary are also key responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in Avature or a similar ATS tool. Proficiency in English communication is mandatory, along with flexibility in shift timings. Additionally, knowledge of PowerPoint and Outlook will be beneficial for this role.,
