Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

The Associate will be responsible for developing and maintaining operational processes and dashboards that support GTM initiatives. This includes working with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, build solutions, and iterate based on feedback.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of dashboards and workflows using Power BI, PowerApps, and Excel to support GTM operations and reporting needs.
  • Analyze and visualize data to uncover actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain and enhance data repositories, ensuring accessibility, accuracy, and usability for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members from consulting backgrounds to translate conceptual ideas into tangible, data-backed outputs.
  • Project manages and communicates effectively with stakeholders to clarify requirements, suggest improvements, and manage ambiguity in iterative development cycles.
  • Support process optimization initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing data-driven solutions.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop training materials and conduct sessions to enable self-service data access and usage across the team.
  • Contribute to documentation of processes, dashboards, and data definitions to ensure transparency and scalability.
  • Support other Operations activities as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelors or master’s degree with a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in business intelligence or operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; experience with PowerApps is a plus.
  • Workflow automation tools like Power Automate and Smartsheet are important.
  • Good to have MS Visio experience.
  • Technical skills to support building dashboards, workflows, and data visualizations.
  • Experience in building and maintaining dashboards and automated reporting workflows.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with evolving priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage stakeholders and present data insights clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and an initiative-taking approach to execution.
