About the role: As a highly organized and personable Admin cum Front Desk Executive, you will represent our company as the face of the organization. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks and front desk operations to ensure smooth office functioning. Your focus will be on creating a welcoming environment for visitors, handling incoming calls and emails, coordinating meeting room bookings, and managing visitor interactions. Additionally, you will provide support in various administrative functions and assist in maintaining office supplies, coordinating courier services, and supporting HR and other departments with scheduling and event organization. You will also be responsible for arranging travel and accommodation for employees and guests. Front Desk Management: - Create a welcoming and professional environment for visitors. - Manage incoming calls, emails, and queries, directing them to the appropriate departments. - Ensure proper coordination of meeting room bookings and visitor management. Administrative Support: - Assist in day-to-day administrative operations, including documentation, data entry, and record-keeping. - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. - Coordinate courier and postal services efficiently. - Support HR and other departments in scheduling interviews and organizing events. - Assist in travel and accommodation arrangements for employees and guests. Facility & Vendor Coordination: - Oversee office maintenance and liaise with vendors for repairs and services. - Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of office premises. - Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment like printers, telephones, and workstations. Your key qualifications & competencies: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - 2-5 years of experience in an administrative or front desk role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.,
