Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for an Associate Founder at Indie-Studio. The Associate Founder will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, collaborating with artisans, managing marketing efforts, developing business strategies, and ensuring sustainable practices are followed. Additional tasks include product development, customer relationship management, and fostering partnerships to enhance brand presence. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills Experience in collaborating with artisans and understanding of traditional craftsmanship Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management Ability to develop and implement business strategies Knowledge of sustainable practices and conscious consumerism Excellent communication and partnership-building skills Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; experience in the fashion industry is a plus Show more Show less
