Qualification - Bachelors in Finance and related fields,Post Graduation/CA/CA Intermediate

Min exp - 1+ year of experience into in R2R domain

Location - Noida

Shift - Rotational

Week off - Rotational

Cab - Provided

• Assist with VAT returns and participate in VAT audits.
• Coordinate with Internal and External Auditors for audit processes.
• Plan and assign staff responsibilities effectively.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Contribute to the development of an accounting procedures manual.
• Timely and accurate completion of VAT returns and successful participation in VAT audits.
• Smooth coordination with Interna and External Auditors.
• Effective planning and assignment of staff responsibilities.
• Active involvement in the development of the accounting procedures manual.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Timely and accurate production of accounting reports.
• Efficient ledger review and closing processes.
• Effectiveness in identifying and resolving discrepancies in accounts.
• Implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Successful migration to the ERP environment with minimal disruptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is highly desirable.
• In-depth understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and financial software.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and its application.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
