Associate Field Application Engineer

You are looking for an Associate Field Application Engineer to join the team in Kochi. As an Associate Field Application Engineer, you will utilize your technical expertise in residential technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the implementation of technology solutions for residential spaces, conducting client consultations, and ensuring smooth project execution. Your duties will involve installing various technology solutions for residential clients, such as smart home devices, audiovisual systems, and networking equipment. You will also be required to deliver presentations to clients about the residential technology offerings, highlighting the benefits and functionalities of different solutions. Furthermore, you will organize and lead progress meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders to monitor project milestones and address any issues that may arise. Traveling to client locations will be necessary to oversee installations, provide technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams is essential to develop marketing materials and strategies for promoting residential technology solutions. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation, including project plans, installation guides, and user manuals, to facilitate clear communication and knowledge transfer. Additionally, staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in residential technology by attending relevant training sessions and conferences is expected. Providing training and support to clients on the use and maintenance of installed technology solutions will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Previous experience in a technical role, preferably focusing on residential technology solutions, is desired. Strong communication and presentation skills are crucial, as you will need to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively. Excellent organizational and project management skills are essential for multitasking and prioritizing tasks efficiently. You must be willing to travel to client locations as required and possess proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
