Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily site visits to support installations and provide ongoing customer support.
• Perform site feasibility tests to determine optimal setup and installation strategies.
• Handle configuration, basic programming and servicing of products.
• Address product-related queries and provide professional, hands-on technical assistance to
  clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal technical and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and
  smooth project execution.
• Understand client requirements and offer timely solutions, escalating complex issues when
  needed.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project
  lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed site visit reports, feasibility assessments and customer feedback summaries.

Requirements

• Education: B.Tech / BE (EEE, EC, AEI, Mechatronics)
• Languages: Proficiency in Malayalam and English (Mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of electrical concepts and circuits.
• Willingness to travel extensively on a daily basis.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Friendly, solution-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.

Nice to Have:

• Basic hands-on experience with electrical tools or home automation products.
• Ability to document site visits and communicate updates effectively.

Phase - 2

Duration Training Stipend:

Post-Training Salary:

After Phase 2:

Based on the candidates skill set and performance, roles and responsibilities will be assigned in Associate-Field Application Engineering (AFAE), Field Application Engineering (FAE) or in the Engineering/R&D Department at our Bangalore Head Office.

*Field and customer training phases are designed to assess skill sets and ensure complete understanding of our product mechanisms before role assignment.
