Draftsmen & Attorneys is a Law chamber with extensive experience before the Hon'ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi as well as the various Trial courts and Tribunals accross Jammu & Delhi NCR.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate, located in Jammu. The Associate will be responsible for handling legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in court, and providing general legal advice. The Associate will work closely with senior attorneys and will be expected to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Legal research, including analyzing and summarizing legal precedents
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs
• Client representation in court and providing legal advice
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work under pressure
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
• Experience in litigation is a mandatory.
