Associate - Dispatch

As a Garment Finishing Incharge, your role involves overseeing all finishing-related processes to ensure timely shipments. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating separate zones for incoming and outgoing production and adhering to order-wise instructions & specifications. - Planning and scheduling jobs efficiently. - Conducting 100% visual final checks and ensuring spec inspection of critical measurement stations. - Implementing AQL and measurement spec checks hourly, with a corrective action plan in place. - Performing random safety tests and ensuring all garments pass through a metal detector. - Liaising with Sewing Section, Merchandizing Department, sub-Contract Factories, Production Manager, and Factory Manager. - Reviewing 3rd party inspection reports and ensuring they match the factory's findings. - Ensuring finished goods meet customer requirements and display SOPs in the finishing room. - Balancing finishing lines, analyzing worker performance, and optimizing manpower allocation. - Monitoring and controlling the quality system, improving team knowledge and skills, and demonstrating buyer standard settings on machines. - Inspecting machinery for malfunctions and coordinating repairs or replacements. - Updating key operational information and following up on daily work targets. - Performing other finishing-related duties as required.
