Associate - Dispatch

As a Garment Finishing Incharge, your role involves monitoring all finishing processes to ensure timely shipments and managing manpower in the finishing section. Your responsibilities include: - Creating separate zones for incoming and outgoing production and following order-wise instructions & specifications - Planning and scheduling jobs effectively - Conducting 100% visual final checks and ensuring spec inspection of critical measurement stations - Implementing AQL and measurement spec checks hourly with corrective action plans - Performing random safety testing and ensuring all garments pass through a metal detector - Liaising with Sewing Section, Merchandizing Department, and sub-Contract Factories - Maintaining close contact with Production Manager and Factory Manager - Reviewing packing lists and receiving accessories for packing from Store - Analyzing 3rd party inspection reports and ensuring compliance with customer requirements - Demonstrating buyer standard setting on machines and inspecting machinery for malfunctions You should also be able to: - Optimize quality manpower allocation - Monitor and control the quality system - Improve the knowledge and skills of the team - Balance finishing lines as needed and analyze worker performance - Follow up on shipment plans and achieve set packing targets - Update key operational information regularly - Perform other Finishing related duties and responsibilities Additionally, the company is located in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, and the job type is Full-time, Permanent with the benefit of Provident Fund.
