Associate Director - Whole School Transformation

Role Overview: You will be joining Bhumis Whole-School Transformation program, which aims to enhance student learning outcomes by collaborating with school leaders, parents, teachers, and the community. The goal is to achieve equitable education for all children through excellence in vision and actions. As a successful candidate, you will play a crucial role in scaling up the program significantly within the next few years. Key Responsibilities: - Strategize and integrate ongoing interventions to develop a scalable approach - Lead the design and implementation of the program's monitoring and evaluation - Establish partnerships within and outside Bhumi to reinforce the program's model - Serve as the primary contact point for communicating program outcomes and impact regularly Qualification Required: - Experience in managing people and projects - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the field of Education, particularly in schools - Any Graduate, post-graduate, or fellowship qualification - Prior experience in school transformation would be advantageous Additional Details: You will be designated as a Senior Manager to Associate Director, depending on your profile. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to the educational landscape in Chennai.
