Associate Director Whole School Transformation

Job Description Bhumi's Whole-School Transformation program focuses on strengthening student learning outcomes by collaborating with school leaders, parents, teachers, and the community to achieve equitable education for all children through excellence in vision and actions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Strategize and integrate ongoing interventions for a consolidated scalable approach - Design and lead the monitoring and evaluation of the program - Build partnerships within and outside Bhumi to strengthen the model - Act as the nodal point of contact to communicate outcomes and impact periodically Preferred Education Qualification / Experience: - Experience in managing people/projects - 3-5 years of experience in Education, particularly schools - Any Graduate, post-graduate, or fellowship - Experience in school transformation would be an advantage Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Good people management skills - Strong people engagement, networking, and listening skills - Ability to drive outcome-oriented plans through the team's collective effort - Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil - Proficiency in computer knowledge and MS Office skills - Emotional maturity to empathize with the perspectives/needs of team members - Highly resourceful team player and self-driven individual - Forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions Additional Details: Bhumi's Whole-School Transformation program aims to scale interventions in 30 schools in 2024, with plans to extend this to 300 schools within the next 3-4 years. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving this scaling process. Note: Designation ranging from Senior Manager to Associate Director based on the candidate's profile. Remuneration is negotiable based on the candidate's profile, and the expected joining date is immediate. The minimum commitment required is three years, and the location is in Chennai. The age criteria for this role is up to 38 years old.,
