Job Description

As a candidate for the role, you are expected to be well-versed with the forex framework and regulatory FEMA guidelines. Your primary responsibility will involve working with multiple stakeholders to ensure the achievement of Forex Budgets. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Strategy:** Drive overall business performance and efficiency by maximizing returns on products in the allocated portfolio. Develop and implement Risk Management Strategies for the Treasury Product Suite for a portfolio of customers in the region. - **Business:** Manage Retail Banking FX Business. - **Processes:** Adhere to the applicable processes. - **People & Talent:** Lead by example, build the appropriate culture, and values. Set tone and expectations for the team and collaborate with risk and control partners. - **Risk Management:** Identify, assess, monitor, control, and mitigate risks to the Group. Interpret financial information, identify key issues, and implement appropriate controls and measures. - **Governance:** Direct, plan, structure, and oversee governance frameworks. Assess the effectiveness of arrangements to deliver effective governance and oversight. - **Regulatory & Business Conduct:** Display exemplary conduct, adhere to the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
