ole Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support and deliver the organisation's talent acquisition strategy by attracting and hiring high-quality talent. The role works closely with key stakeholders and colleagues to challenge thinking, develop effective recruitment plans, and ensure hiring decisions align with current and future business needs.As an ambassador for the employer brand, candidate experience, internal talent mobility, and third-party supplier relationships, the role ensures the organisation attracts the right people and capabilities to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the standardisation and continuous improvement of talent acquisition programmes and processes in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Director, HR, and business leaders
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Director and team members to define team objectives and performance goals, motivating the team to achieve results
- Build and enhance the reputation of the talent acquisition function through positive and professional stakeholder engagement
- Execute a strategic approach to attract, engage, and hire diverse, high-quality talent aligned to company goals
- Operates as a hands-on talent acquisition leader, directly managing end-to-end recruitment for critical, senior, and hard-to-fill roles while also providing strategic direction to the team
- Acts as an individual contributor, personally owning requisitions and driving sourcing, assessment, and hiring decisions where required
- Manage the talent acquisition function within a specific service area in a growing, global organisation
- Leads by example, demonstrating best-in-class recruitment practices while remaining actively involved in day-to-day hiring activities
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on recruitment strategy, market insights, and talent planning
- Owns and delivers accurate, timely recruitment reporting and dashboards to provide the business with clear visibility of hiring progress, risks, and outcomes.
About You
- A minimum 14+ years recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment, ideally in a Media Company .
- Master's degree and/or equivalent professional work experience
- Good understanding, knowledge and experience working in India market .
- Successful track record filling deadline driven recruitment project and experience filling senior and highly complex positions
- Executive presence with a demonstrable track record of building and maintaining partnerships with business heads.
- Results driven with a tenacious mentality to multi-task in an agile, deadline driven environment
- Ability to foresee strategic business needs and talent markets in developing recruitment strategies, programs and tools in support of strategic objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English and any other language as an advantage.
