Technical Lead

• Participate in the entire software development cycle from requirement through post go-live support & take the ownership of development & unit testing
• Lead fixing of defects/change requests during functional testing & post-go-live hypercare
• Lead the development of required software features aligned with the TSA (Target System Architecture)
• Understand and implement integrations through the middleware viz., Biztalk, AIS with other global or regional platforms.
• Understand and follow the SDLC/Devops methodology, frameworks and release processes & comply to the required standards & the guidelines.
• Deliver trainings and participate in knowledge sharing to the support teams & platform key users.
• Comply with estimation process and be accountable for the same.
• Responsible for long-term code reusability and stability.
• Proactively identify security, usability etc. issues and formulates strategies to resolve them.
• Mentor new software engineers in the team.

• Azure Devops Process & Tools
• Azure Platform
• Mandatory skills and experience
• In depth knowledge of D365 technical preferably with certification
• Proficient in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) - both waterfall and agile/devops; Preferably with certifications in Azure DevOps and Agile Scrum
• Experience within a large, global organization would be advantageous
• Strong problem-solving skills, data and software applications
• Ability to work on own or contribute as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and resourcefulness
• Proven ability to deliver on commitments
• Desired skills and experience
• D365 technical certification (MB-700)
