Associate Director - SEO & Content Marketing

The company is seeking a talented individual for the role of AD - SEO and Content Marketing. As the AD - SEO and Content Marketing, you will be responsible for driving, shaping, and implementing highly ambitious SEO and ASO strategies to enhance organic traffic to the company's website. You will play a key role in defining and achieving KPI-driven goals, managing a high-performance team, collaborating with various internal stakeholders, and utilizing engineering resources to execute your strategies effectively. In this position, you will take ownership of the entire SEO strategy across global markets, lead a team of SEO specialists, and work closely with Product, Content, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure successful implementation. Additionally, you will be instrumental in promoting the adoption of AI tools and technologies to streamline content production, enhance technical SEO practices, and future-proof the company's organic strategy. The ideal candidate for this role will be highly self-motivated, dedicated, and willing to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional results. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic on-and off-page SEO and content marketing strategies that drive significant traffic, setting and monitoring SEO & ASO targets aligned with business strategies, building and leading a high-performing team, collaborating with internal stakeholders, managing the SEO budget efficiently, and staying updated on industry changes to provide expert insights on new SEO approaches. The company is looking for candidates with 8-12 years of experience in establishing scalable demand channels through SEO and content marketing. The desired hard skills include expertise in Keyword Research, Competitor benchmarking, A/B testing, on-page and off-page optimization techniques, familiarity with AI-powered tools, proficiency in tools like Google Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, a solid grasp of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, website architecture), experience in international SEO and programmatic content strategies, and a bonus if experienced in YouTube SEO.
