We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director SEO & Content Marketing to lead our organic growth strategy and drive measurable impact. Reporting directly to the Director Marketing, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing SEO ,marketing strategies and content strategies that significantly increase traffic and visibility across global markets.This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings deep domain knowledge with a test-and-learn mindset.Key Responsibilities
- Own and implement SEO and content strategies across on-page, off-page, and technical fronts.- Set and track ambitious KPIs and OKRs to deliver consistent organic traffic growth.- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of SEO managers, associates, content writers, and interns.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and product to implement SEO-friendly enhancements.- Stay on top of SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry shifts to ensure amber remains ahead of the curve.- Conduct in-depth audits, A/B testing, competitor benchmarking, and keyword analysis to continuously refine strategy.What Were Looking For
Hard Skills
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in scaling organic demand for digital platforms or marketplace businesses.- Advanced understanding of SEO principles, content frameworks, and web analytics.- Strong command over tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Screaming Frog, etc.- Proven success in building scalable SEO strategies and delivering measurable ROI.- Experience in technical SEO and collaborating with product/engineering teams.Soft Skills
