Associate Director Product Management

Role Overview: As an Associate Director within the Product Management practice at Publicis Sapient, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with developing and executing their business and product strategies. Your responsibilities will involve closely collaborating with client leadership and delivery teams to act as a trusted advisor for the clients. Key Responsibilities: - Understand client business problems and propose effective solutions - Collaborate with product managers, analysts, engineers, and creative team members to ideate, build, test, and launch new features - Support business proposals by leveraging industry experience and collaborating with global teams and other practices - Demonstrate entrepreneurial drive by leading and ideating new initiatives within the retail vertical - Mentor the product management community to ensure continuous learning and improvement Qualifications Required: - MBA from a Tier-1 B-School - 15+ years of relevant experience in digital product management/business strategy - Strong analytical skills - Excellent stakeholder management skills with strong presentation and communication abilities - Experience working with stakeholders in distributed geographies - Strong expertise in Gen AI/ML space - Deep retail industry experience in areas such as E-Commerce Transformation, Data-Driven Retailing, Grocery Retail, Store Systems & Omni-Channel, Merchandizing, and Supply Chain - Experience in leading product teams with a Lean Agile mindset and ability to apply startup business models and value frameworks - Digital business transformation experience to deliver measurable outcomes - Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Additional Company Details: Publicis Sapient is a digital transformation partner that helps established organizations transition to a digitally enabled state.
