Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director, Patient Safety Scientist to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, pharmaceutical industry, or drug development.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement signal detection strategies to identify potential safety concerns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Analyze complex data to inform decisions and influence stakeholders.
Manage team priorities, timelines, and quality through strong communication and collaboration.
Demonstrate initiative and professionalism to operate independently and as a team player.
Make sound decisions by integrating scientific knowledge, analytical thinking, experience, and judgment.

Job Requirements

Scientific degree (e.g., BS, MS, RN, PharmD, PhD, MD) or other equivalent combination of relevant education and professional experience.
Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant pharmacovigilance / pharmaceutical industry/drug development experience; ability to mentor others.
Strong understanding of medical concepts and safety activities.
Effective management of team priorities, timelines, and quality through strong communication and collaboration.
Consistently demonstrates initiative and professionalism to operate both independently and as a team player.
Solid understanding of data analysis, interpretation, and presentation, including foundational statistical methods.
Ability to integrate emerging technologies (AI, automation, digital platforms) to optimize workflows, enhance data analysis, and uphold scientific rigor and compliance.
