Associate Director of Sales

Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Associate Director Sales to join our team in Noida within the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in real estate sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth while effectively managing a high-performing sales team. As an Associate Director Sales, your key responsibilities will include leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. You will be tasked with developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion. Building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and channel partners will be crucial. Additionally, conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the real estate market and ensuring end-to-end sales cycle management from lead generation to deal closure will be part of your role. Collaboration with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and sales campaigns is also essential. You will be expected to monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management while providing guidance, training, and mentorship to the sales team for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Candidates must come from a real estate sector background and hold a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills are a must, along with being well-connected in the Noida/Delhi-NCR real estate market. A proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets is also required.
