Job Description

Hiring: Associate Director – Cloud & Infrastructure Operations

Pune (Hinjewadi) | Hybrid – 3 days in office

Salary:


Associate Director – Cloud & Infrastructure Operations


🔑 Responsibilities

  • Oversee

    internal IT infrastructure operations

    across cloud (Azure/AWS), servers, storage, and networks.
  • Ensure

    governance, compliance, and audit readiness

    across global IT operations.
  • Manage

    service desk, workforce utilization, and internal process excellence.

  • Lead and mentor operations staff, driving automation and operational efficiency


Requirements

  • 15 - 18 years

    in IT infrastructure/operations;

    3–5 years in leadership roles.

  • IT Services background required

    (

    Candidates with Captives/Product company profiles will not be considered).

  • Strong expertise in

    Azure/AWS operations, IT governance, compliance, and vendor management.

  • Certifications like

    ITIL, PMP, or Cloud Architect

    are a plus
  • Working in Shifts might be needed
