Job Description

As an Infrastructure Delivery lead - Compute at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of IT Infrastructure Services across compute- Datacenter, Distributed, Cloud, and other compute services enablement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business requirements, initiating requests with managed service suppliers and partners, reviewing and approving designs, and partnering with strategic partners to deliver solutions in line with PepsiCo Infrastructure engineering and architecture standards. You will also be involved in demand shaping, coordinating with project management teams, implementation teams, and market teams to successfully implement new solutions and provide support until the handover to sustain support. **Responsibilities:** - Ensure infrastructure projects are delivered on time and within budget. - Manage work-in-take for projects and business as usual demand, including creating and tracking service requests assigned to managed service providers. - Review and approve technical solutions and estimations from PepsiCo's suppliers. - Manage project communications, reporting, and develop project KPI dashboards. - Track and report on the overall health of projects, including risks and issues, and provide consistent project updates and status. - Partner with the Asset Management team in hardware procurement and asset tracking. - Assist in onboarding PepsiCo's Infra delivery suppliers and partners. - Drive project budget management, tracking, forecasting, and billing reconciliations. - Manage escalations to 3rd party suppliers, review their response levels to Service Requests and Change Requests. - Ensure continuous improvement in value optimization, IT performance, and business processes. - Implement standard and improved processes and tools based on ITIL methodology to enhance the quality and efficiency of Infrastructure delivery. - Maintain and update system documentation, including process and procedure manuals. - Ensure a seamless transition to the IT Operations team upon project completion. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree Required (computer science, computer engineering, or information systems). - 15 or more years of technology and IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years in IT Infrastructure services (Compute/ Database / Cloud) in delivery, architecture, engineering, or Operations domains. - Comprehensive understanding of compute / Server and storage technologies, Disaster Recovery, database (Oracle, SQL) services. - Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects. - Ability to effectively partner with internal and vendor teams, manage deliverables, and outcomes through managed service providers. - Strong communication and presentation skills. Please note that the qualification also requires a comprehensive understanding of disaster recovery, database services, and experience in working on large-scale infrastructure projects.,
