Associate Director - Infrastructure Delivery (Compute - On Prem/Cloud)

The Infrastructure Delivery lead - Compute is responsible for ensuring the delivery of IT Infrastructure Services across compute- Datacenter, Distributed, Cloud, and other compute services initiatives. Your role involves analyzing requirements from the business and/or deployment organizations, initiating requests with PepsiCo's managed service suppliers and partners, reviewing and approving design solutions, and partnering with strategic partners to deliver solutions in alignment with PepsiCo Infrastructure engineering and architecture standards. You will be responsible for demand shaping, coordinating with project management teams, implementation teams, and market teams to successfully implement new solutions and provide support until handover to sustain support. Your responsibilities will include ensuring infrastructure projects are delivered on time and within budget, managing work-in-take for projects and business as usual demand, reviewing and approving technical solutions and estimations provided by PepsiCo's suppliers, managing project communications and reporting, developing project KPI dashboards, tracking and reporting on the overall health of projects, and providing consistent project updates and status via regular project performance scorecards. Additionally, you will partner with the Asset Management team in hardware procurement and asset tracking, assist with onboarding Infra delivery suppliers and partners, drive project budget management, tracking, forecasting, and billing reconciliations, manage escalations to 3rd party suppliers, and drive continuous improvement in value optimization, IT performance, and business processes. You will be required to implement standard and improved processes and tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of Infrastructure delivery based on ITIL methodology, maintain and update system documentation, and ensure a seamless handoff to the IT Operations team upon project completion. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or information systems, along with 15 or more years of technology and IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years in IT Infrastructure services such as Compute, Database, or Cloud, in delivery, architecture, engineering, or operations domains. You should have a comprehensive understanding of compute, server, and storage technologies, Disaster Recovery, and database services (Oracle, SQL). Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects, cloud integration and migration, and network traffic optimization is essential. Strong communication and presentation skills are also required.
