Job Description

The Corporate Strategy Team at Cognizant collaborates closely with senior executives to define and execute the company's strategic agenda across three main areas. This includes global enterprise strategy definition, competitive growth strategy, and commercial portfolio prioritization. Additionally, the team provides strategic support at various levels, such as industry, service line, function, or country/geo level, by identifying trends, assessing performance, and prioritizing growth initiatives. They also engage in strategic project delivery, executing Board-level priorities, shaping transformation initiatives, and driving operational efficiencies. Members of the Corporate Strategy team are seen as future leaders within Cognizant, with opportunities to advance into leadership roles across various markets and functions. The team culture is characterized by being proactive, impact-oriented, collaborative, merit-based, and low ego. Team members engage in a diverse range of projects that enable professional growth and contribute to the company's overall development. As an Associate Director, Corporate Strategy, you will play a crucial role within the team by leading key workstreams on impactful projects. This involves structuring and executing projects, communicating complex ideas effectively, driving problem-solving and analyses, and fostering thought partnership with senior leadership. Additionally, you will contribute to the team's development through mentorship, coaching, and leading team initiatives. Qualified candidates for this role must have significant experience in strategy consulting or corporate/business strategy roles at leading firms, along with a top-tier MBA degree. They should possess expertise in leading consulting projects, managing teams, data analysis, and financial modeling. Proficiency in engaging with global teams remotely, along with qualities like collaboration, directness, and impact-orientation, are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in IT services or technology, particularly in areas like Data/AI, Cloud, SaaS, Software Engineering, and IoT. Additionally, expertise in industries such as Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Manufacturing & Logistics, Energy & Utilities, Retail & Hospitality, or Communications, Media & Telecom is advantageous.,
